OHMS BI is operated by ISAIAH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08568513), whose registered office is at 15a Seaton Road, Mitcham, Surrey, CR4 3ER.
These terms form a contract between you and ISAIAH LTD. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
OHMS BI lets you record gas and electricity meter readings, reconstructs what your energy cost at the tariff that was actually in force, forecasts the year ahead with an adjustment for the season, and compares your rates against the Ofgem price cap for your region.
The service works from readings you enter yourself. Automated collection of smart meter data is not currently part of the service; if it becomes available it will be offered as a separate plan and will require its own explicit consent.
You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly at hello@ohmsbi.co.uk if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
One account is for one person or one business. You may not share account credentials.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Free plan: available indefinitely, with the features described on our pricing page. We may change what the free plan includes, with reasonable notice.
Paid plans: billed monthly or annually in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Prices shown are the amount you pay. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it succeeds.
Founding membership is a single payment of £19.99 granting Household-tier access for as long as the service operates, with no renewal and no further charge.
It does not include automated smart meter data collection, which carries an ongoing cost to us and is only available on the Auto plans.
A founding membership cannot be transferred or sold. Taking out a paid subscription later can only add to a founding entitlement; it will never replace or reduce it.
Your meter readings, tariff details and anything else you enter remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process that information in order to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with energy suppliers. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep it.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of taking out a paid plan, without giving a reason.
Because the service is supplied digitally and starts immediately, we ask you at checkout to confirm that you want it to begin straight away and that you understand you may be charged for the part of the period you have used if you then cancel within the 14 days. That confirmation is the tick box shown before payment.
To cancel within the 14 days, email hello@ohmsbi.co.uk from the address on your account, or cancel through the billing portal. We will refund what you have paid, less an amount proportionate to the service already supplied, within 14 days of being told.
Founding membership is supplied in full as soon as it is granted. If you ask us to supply it immediately and then cancel within 14 days, we may retain a proportionate amount; in practice, if you have not used the service we will refund it in full.
After 14 days, payments already made are not refundable except where the law requires it. Cancelling a subscription later stops future renewals rather than refunding past ones.
Forecasts and cost estimates are calculated from the readings and rates you provide. They are for information only. They are not financial advice and are not a guarantee of what any bill will be.
Your actual bill is determined by your energy supplier and can differ for reasons outside our control: a change in how much energy you use, a tariff change, a standing charge change, a meter fault, or an estimated rather than actual reading. We do not warrant that any forecast will prove accurate.
Price cap comparisons use figures published by Ofgem and are provided as a point of reference, not as a recommendation to switch supplier or tariff.
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to anyone else's account, interfere with its operation, copy or resell it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or close an account that does.
The OHMS BI name, the Ω logo, the dashboard designs, the software and everything related to them belong to ISAIAH LTD and are protected by UK copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, updates or security, giving notice where we reasonably can.
We may change, add to or withdraw features. Where a change significantly affects paid subscribers we will give reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ISAIAH LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where it is reasonably practicable to do so. After closure you have 30 days to export your data.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. Where a change is significant we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
